SWOT Analysis

My strengths vary within different skills. One of my biggest strengths is communicating and comprehending. When working with a team it is important to communicate with each other but being able to comprehend what your team members need and wants is more important. Communication varies throughout each team. For example, nonverbal communication can be helpful with teams that work alot in person but leak verbal communication. Though communication is one of my strengths, something I can work on when it comes to communication is nonverbal communication.

Sometimes my message does not get through using nonverbal communication.

One of my weaknesses is making myself available all the time. This might not seem like a big problem but it involves time management and my mental health. Knowing how to manage my time has been a skill that I have been trying to work on since High School. Time management is also one of my main weaknesses. Something I have tried to do in order to improve my time management skills is to create a list for the whole week and try to divide everything from the most important to the less important.

As I mentioned before, I have always made myself available to those who need help. Due to this, I have been able to network with different people and create different opportunities for myself. For example, this is how I got offered my current job. I offered to help one of my friend's parents in creating a website for their company.

My strengths and weaknesses have allowed me to network with different people and allowed me to work in different environments while learning new things.
