About Me!
Hey, I am a senior at Saint Xavier University, majoring in Political Communications and Advocacy with a minor in Women and Gender Studies on the Pre-Law track. I am a photographer and videographer when I am not working with nonprofits organization.
When I started volunteering, I discovered I had a voice for my community, especially the Latinx community. I speak my mind and fight for those who do not have a voice. I have done different programs throughout the years, such as; the Global Ambassadors Leadership Summit and Future Leaders of Chicago. These programs have taught me leadership skills while working with diverse people worldwide and fighting for what is right. I am also the founder and president of Monarcas, which helps undocumented students raise money for scholarships. As the president, member, and founder of different groups, I have done many speeches and interviews addressing essential issues in my community. One of the skills that have helped me the most is reading, writing, and speaking English and Spanish because it has given me a chance to help the Latin community learn about these issues and know their rights.
